01. Agreement to Terms
By accessing themabtech.com, utilizing our proprietary Software as a Service (SaaS), or contracting our dual-region engineering teams for custom architectural deployment, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any structural mandate herein, you are prohibited from utilizing our infrastructural deployments.
02. Intellectual Property & Software Distribution
Custom Software & App Architectures
For completely bespoke C# Desktop builds and React Native applications constructed specifically per client NDAs, total intellectual cryptographic ownership and pure source code rights transfer entirely to the client upon the final milestone payment resolution. MAB TECH retains zero stake over custom enterprise logic post-deployment.
Proprietary SaaS (Licensed Nodes)
Flagship MAB TECH products, explicitly including the CTR Manipulation Booster, Universal Billing POS Software, and AWS SES Email Wrappers, are Licensed, not sold. You retain usage rights corresponding to your subscription tier. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or mirroring our proxy logic networks is strictly prohibited and governed by immediate license termination.
03. Algorithmic SEO & Automation Liability Disclaimer
MAB TECH engineers heavily aggressive, state-of-the-art Search Engine Optimization protocols and headless Playwright automation routines.
However, due to the radically volatile, proprietary nature of third-party algorithmic engines (Google Core Updates, anti-bot Cloudflare shifts), MAB TECH cannot mathematically guarantee fixed SERP ranking positioning or indefinite bot evasion success. We architect the absolute best-in-class residential proxy arrays and behavioral signals available in 2026, but the ultimate digital domain risk lies strictly with the client initiating the deployment.
04. Financial Gateways & Project Settlement
Off-Grid & Fiat Acceptance: We support standard Stripe USD/EUR processing alongside decentralized network executions via USDT (Tether), USDC, and Bitcoin for global enterprise privacy compliance.
- Custom Architecture Setup Fees: Custom App or Desktop routing contracts require a 50% non-refundable architectural deposit to spin up localized development environments.
- SaaS Subscriptions: Billed globally on a strict 30-day recurring calendar. Licenses automatically pause upon payment failure.
- Digital Licensing Policy: Because our Universal POS Software and standalone scraping bots are delivered as compiled, non-retractable offline binaries, all standalone software purchases are strictly non-refundable upon transmission.
05. Acceptable Logic Use Mandate
Total infrastructural power requires total compliance. By utilizing our proprietary nodes, you explicitly agree:
- Not to utilize our AWS SES Bulk Email infrastructure to execute illegal phishing protocols or push non-CAN-SPAM compliant malicious spam.
- Not to pivot our automated proxy scraping arrays strictly designed for data gathering into malicious Denial of Service (DDoS) networks.
- Not to breach international corporate espionage laws using our custom intelligence monitoring dashboards.
06. Governing Jurisdictions
MAB TECH operates as a borderless entity. Any legal arbitration, structural disputes, or copyright logic claims shall be handled in strict accordance with the localized jurisdictions encompassing our two primary operational hubs: the United States of America (Client HQ) and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (Engineering Compile Center), depending entirely on the geographic locality of the signed architectural contract.
